30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Refunds We offer a full refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. In most cases, we do not require you to return the item — simply send us a photo of the issue and we'll process your refund immediately.

How to Request a Refund Email us at support@dogivo.store with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo if the item is damaged or defective

We'll respond within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
• Change of mind after the item has been used

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, request a refund and place a new order.
